You will own the complete life cycle of major projects and drive the process from start to finish.
This role is client facing and will be a liaison between the client and company.
We are looking for a candidate with project management experience ($500K to 10M) and a desire for professional growth.
Job Responsibilities are not limited to:
Conduct risk management:
anticipate and mitigate crisis by creating opportunity Effectively collaborate with field crews, working in detail towards successful project completion, including ordering required materials and executing accurate purchase orders Understand and interpret project documents, including blueprints, scope of work, proposals, contracts, schedules Effectively process RFI's, change orders, pay applications, and project specific documents Monitor project financials through job costing reporting Ensure all project documentation is accurate and timely Maximize profit through efficient project management practices Meet or exceed all project timeline estimates
Qualifications:

years of commercial construction project management experience Experience with project management Understanding of project Documents ERP software and Microsoft Office experience Financial literacy Personal Attributes:
