CONTRACT ADMIN

JOB SUMMARYThis position reviews, administers, and maintains contract records, invoices and misc.
project related documents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Educational and experience requirements include:
Four year technical or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
Minimum 3 years (sub) contract or related construction experience required.
Knowledge of project requirements relating to contracting.
Requires use of conventional contracting techniques and concepts.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESGood working knowledge of purchasing, finance, and basic engineering principles.
Effective verbal and written communication skills plus general mechanical aptitude.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-qualify bidders for contract packages.
Prepare bid inquiries, including those of a more technical and specialized nature, negotiate and award contracts; and administer change orders.
Maintain subcontractor records, including updated COIs, W9s, and other documentation required by the contract.
Review contract documents to ensure contractual obligations are met - i.
e.
OCIP enrollment, monthly certified payroll submission, etc.
Act as a liaison between owners, (sub) contractors, project management, home office management, and other departments.
Receive and approve all contractor invoices.
Compile and submit time sheets to Payroll.
Make corrections as necessary to ensure proper labor tracking.
Create and maintain the project rental equipment log.
Maintain project fuel consumption reports and reports to the GC monthly.
Review contract and monthly billing for project, acquire all required documents needed.
Review contract for billing requirements for project.
Assemble required documentation for submission of billing into Textura.
Assist with purchase orders and subcontract set-up, tracking and close outs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
