Pilkington North America is the premier supplier of high quality glass for the building and automotive industries. Our Automotive Glass Replacement divisionis currently seeking a customer-oriented individual for a Warehouse/Driver opportunity based out of our Distribution Center in Grove City, OH. This position will consist of delivering glass product to our various service centers (located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia), while also performing general production warehouse duties in the Distribution Center on a rotating basis.
This is a 2ndshift position with variable hours. Start time will vary from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM depending on the weekly assignment/route driven.
To qualify, a candidate must be 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); be able to pass a DOT physical and certification; valid driver's license(CDL is preferred butnotrequired;excellent driving record; successfully pass a driving test; ability to read maps; ability to lift 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis; ability to operate a forklift, order picker and basic hand tools; excellent attendance record; proficiency in English language (verbal and written); good customer relations skills; and ability to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the assigned area. Previous driving experience is preferred.
