Admin Assistant Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking individuals for a call center/member service rep opportunity! Position is located in Columbus, OH! Please e-mail over a resume to email removed
REQUIREMENTS:
o 1-2 years of call center experience is required
o Experience in healthcare industry is strongly preferred
o Must have an outgoing personality with a customer service mentality
o Must conduct oneself in a professional manner
EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES & JOB AMENITIES:
o Full time hours (Mon-Fri)
o 40 hours per week
o Weekly pay
o $13/hr starting pay
o Temp-to-perm/direct placement potential
Qualifications include:
o High school diploma or GED required
o Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
o Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
o Ability to establish and maintain positive professional business relationships with the branch level leadership and office staff.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Experience with Microsoft office required.
